Key Responsibilities
* Provide responsive and effective support to customer queries via email, phone, or JIRA ticketing system.
* Troubleshoot AV hardware/software issues and guide customers through resolution steps.
* Accurately document technical issues, solutions, and customer feedback for future reference.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and drive continuous service improvement.
* Educate customers on product usage and gather insights to enhance user experience.
What You’ll Need:
* Proven experience in an AV technical support role.
* Solid understanding of AV/VC systems (e.g., AMX, Crestron, Cisco, Polycom) and audio DSP configurations.
* Familiarity with CRM tools (like Microsoft Dynamics) and ticketing platforms (such as JIRA).
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
* Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident .
* Valid Victorian driver’s license required .
