Responsibilities
* Finance Duties:
o Maintain accurate financial records and process property transactions in Xero.
o Complete monthly accruals, prepayment journals, and bank reconciliations.
o Prepare and lodge BAS, PAYG instalments, and assist with audits.
o Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable, including intercompany transactions.
o Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management.
* Administration Duties:
o Oversee filing systems, archives, and lease documentation.
o Coordinate with external valuers and maintain property information registers.
o Manage asset management software and liaise with managing agents.
o Provide general office support and share reception duties.
Qualifications
* A degree or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
