We are seeking an Experienced Architect / Building Designer who is motivated to lead in every aspect and create spaces that inspire. From design inception and client meetings, through to mentoring junior staff, this is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to be a part of an authentic, passionate and dynamic team.

About You
* You're a creative thinker and practical problem-solver with a minimum of 7-10 years' local experience in architecture or building design. You'll bring confident Revit, Enscape, and SketchUp skills, along with:
* Proven ability to lead volume and diverse projects from concept to delivery
* Excellent understanding of planning requirements and South Australian building regulations
* A client-first mindset and exceptional communication skills
* A sensible approach to simplify complexity and deliver logical solutions
* Passion and flair for design – experienced across residential and commercial projects
* Natural people leadership with strong initiative and adaptability
