The Role
We're seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Oral Health Therapist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term patient relationships and is passionate about preventive care, education, and oral health promotion.
You'll be responsible for:
* Providing comprehensive oral health assessments, hygiene maintenance, and periodontal care
* Delivering preventive and restorative care for children and adolescents (within scope of practice)
* Educating patients on oral hygiene, diet, and risk prevention
* Collaborating closely with our dentists to deliver integrated treatment plans
* Assisting the principal dentist in the preparation and review of clear aligner cases
* Assisting with complex restorative procedures and patient care coordination
* Maintaining high clinical standards and accurate documentation in line with AHPRA guidelines
* Supporting our community-based oral health initiatives and school programs (optional)

About You
* Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy (or equivalent)
* Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance
* Excellent communication and patient rapport skills
* A genuine interest in prevention, clear aligner therapy, and restorative dentistry
* A team-oriented, positive mindset
