About the role
* Lead, coach and develop a team of 9 GP Representatives and 1 Specialist Representative
* Drive sales performance, activity and territory execution across primary care
* Build capability through structured in-field coaching and performance management
* Partner closely with peers and cross-functional teams to align strategy and execution
* Contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
About you
* Proven pharmaceutical sales leader with a track record of delivering results through others
* Strong coaching capability with the ability to lift performance and engagement
* Confident communicator, able to influence both internally and in the field
* Experience working across primary care and specialty environments
* Commercially focused, organised and comfortable working in a high-performance culture
* Tertiary qualified
* Prescription pharmaceutical experience is essential
