About the Company We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to support a cluster of TAFE NSW campuses. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality facilities and asset management services that ensure safe, compliant, and well-maintained learning environments.
This is a hands-on operational role, working closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to support day-to-day campus operations and customer experience.
About the Role
* Deliver day-to-day facilities and asset management services across multiple sites
* Perform minor maintenance, repairs and planned maintenance activities
* Coordinate contractors, trades and service providers, including site access and inductions
* Manage site operations such as security access, stock control and logistics
* Use facilities and asset management systems to track work, purchasing and compliance
Experience & Requirements
* Certificate IV in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience
* Experience in facilities, property, building or trade-related environments
* Ability to perform minor maintenance and monitor contractor performance
* Strong administrative skills and experience using computerised systems
* Current Class C driver's licence, valid Working with Children Check, and willingness to obtain required licences (e.g. forklift)
