About the role
As Construction Supervisor, you will lead the on-site operations in a single location, liaising with a large tier 1 developer and ensuring this project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Our Ideal Candidate
You are an experienced Construction Supervisor with a solid trade background, preferably in carpentry, and hold a Cert IV in Building & Construction and a Qualified Supervisor Certificate.
* You have a proven track record in supervising new home builds (and/or over 50's lifestyle communities) and managing projects of a similar nature.
* You're experienced working directly with large-scale developers as a key-point of contact.
* Are a safety champion, ensuring a safe worksite for all employees and subcontractors.
* You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to build trust with developers, team members, customers, and trades; and
* Hold a valid driver's licence with no restrictions.
