Lead mental health telephone triage services across Metro South
Join Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services as a Team Leader – Mental Health Call Telephone Triage (HP5) in a permanent full-time role based in Logan Central. You'll provide advanced clinical leadership and operational management for a multidisciplinary team delivering timely, safe and high-quality mental health assessment, risk assessment and triage via telephone and telehealth services.
Your New Role
In this senior role, you will lead Mental Health Call Telephone Triage services, providing advanced clinical oversight, governance and operational leadership. You'll support clinicians to deliver safe, recovery-oriented care while driving service performance, workforce capability and continuous improvement.
You Will
* Provide advanced clinical leadership and consultancy in mental health triage
* Lead and manage a multidisciplinary allied health team
* Support high-quality assessment, risk management, triage and referral processes
* Drive clinical governance, quality, safety and performance improvement
* Analyse data and trends to inform workforce planning and service redesign

You are an experienced senior mental health clinician with strong leadership capability and a passion for high-quality, accessible mental health services. You thrive in complex environments and lead confidently through collaboration and evidence-based practice.
