Overview
We're looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused person to join our team in a busy automotive workshop in Morley.
This role is a part-time position, typically working:
* Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
* Rostered Saturday – 8:00am to 12:00 midday
About the Role
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, working on the front counter and supporting the workshop with administration tasks. Duties include:
* Booking in customers and vehicles
* Answering phones and handling sales enquiries
* Providing excellent customer service
* General admin and data entry, creating work orders, customer invoices, parts entry and stock management
* Liaising with the workshop team
About You
* Excellent customer service skills
* Previous employment within the automotive industry a huge bonus
* Good keyboard/PC skills, creating work orders, customer invoices, parts entry and stock control
* Confident answering phones and handling enquiries
* Well-presented and professional
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Able to use initiative and stay proactive in a fast-paced environment
* Enjoy working as part of a team
