We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head Pastrycook to lead our Cake and Bread production teams, ensuring exceptional product quality, consistency, and efficiency in our central baking facility located in Mandurah.As Head Pastrycook, you'll be responsible for the daily operation of our Cake and Bread departments.
This leadership role includes production planning, quality control, labour and waste management, and driving efficiency.
You'll oversee shift coordination, training, and development to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Our award-winning range is constantly evolving through continuous improvement and creative input into product development.
