We are seeking a seasoned logistics professional to lead our distribution centre team. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the effective running of our facility.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Managing warehouse and transportation management KPIs on a daily basis
* Leading, managing and developing a team to provide exceptional logistics and transport services to customers
* Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Promoting a safe working environment through adherence to company policies and procedures
* Overseeing financial performance by preparing budgets and forecasts, and monitoring profit & loss
