Position Overview

This is an excellent role with realistic targets and expectations, working for a boutique digital marketing agency. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow within their digital marketing/sales career.

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our dynamic team on a commission-based only basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Mexico and USA, allowing you to enjoy flexibility while contributing to the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience and/or outbound sales experience, with a passion for learning, a love for challenges, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts.
* Engage with potential clients through various channels & platforms.
* Conduct research to understand the needs and pain points of prospective clients.
* Present LION Digital's services to prospects, effectively articulating our value proposition and differentiators.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

Qualifications

* At least 1 year of proven sales experience and/or outbound sales experience, with a track record of success, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
* Experience in eCommerce is preferred but not required.
* Possess a true hunter's mindset with a high level of determination to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence prospects effectively.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
* Attention to detail and a results‐oriented mindset.
