Maintenance Fitter - Manufacturing Site Services

The position requirements include, but are not limited to:
* Fault finding and repairs of essential site services, including steam boilers, compressors, and HVAC, refrigeration & temperature control systems
* Coordinating & supervising specialist external service providers
* Assisting with preventative and breakdown maintenance of production and packaging machinery as required
* Supporting the installation, commissioning, and integration of new equipment and facility infrastructure
* Strictly adhering to all safety, quality, and compliance regulations
To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following:
* A Certificate III - mechanical trade qualification is essential
* Experience on Essential Site Services in an FMCG manufacturing environment is essential - dairy experience highly advantageous
* A team player mentality with a positive, self motivated and proactive attitude
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a high attention to detail
* Flexibility to work extra hours and perform ad hoc duties as required
On Offer
Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Rate: $50 - $58 per hour + overtime + super (negotiable depending on experience)
