Robert Half Executive Search has been exclusively retained by a global advisory and consulting firm to identify an accomplished Technology Audit & Assurance professional for an Associate Director position, following a recent internal promotion.
This globally renowned firm is supported by a publicly listed parent and is committed to rapid growth in the APAC region. The firm’s consultancy services span Technology Audit & Assurance, internal audit, risk and compliance advisory, technology, cybersecurity, and business performance improvement across multiple industries in Corporate, Financial Services and Government.

The Role
As an Associate Director within the Internal Audit advisory practice, the core focus of this role will be the execution and delivery of Technology Audit & Assurance advisory services whilst delivering exceptional service to clients. Understanding the client’s business needs and demonstrating technical competence in their product group and industry is critical to success.

Your Profile
An articulate and credible consulting professional, you will be a highly accomplished Associate Director, Senior Manager or high-achieving Manager, within either a Big 4 firm/boutique consulting practice or, you may be in an industry IT Assurance/Risk role, seeking to return to a consultancy environment.
A track record of balancing business development and execution activities will set you up for an outstanding career with this growing firm.
In addition, you will bring:
* Proven experience in leading and executing IT audits with a deep understanding of the challenges organisations encounter around using existing and emerging technologies.
* Capability to manage the end-to-end processes from strategy to execution
* Experience in growing revenues through extensive market-facing business development activities, leveraging current networks of commercial contacts within the Sydney region, and diversifying the services offered to the firm's existing client base.
* Experience in Big 4 professional services ideally with exposure to Financial Services however Healthcare, Government and Education, Property, Mining, Oil & Gas are valued industries.
* Relevant professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC and/or CISSP.
* Sound knowledge of IT Industry Frameworks (e.g. ITIL, COBIT, COSO)
* Prior management and direct supervisory experience in a team environment, building strong teams and fostering interpersonal connections.
