We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and motivated HR Officer to join our Human Resources Services team based at our Belmont Head Office.
As a HR Officer, you’ll provide support to the HR Services & HR Systems team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality HR support, governance, reporting, and projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional, a recent graduate, or someone looking to build their experience in a supportive team environment.

- Strong writing skills with the ability to draft polished and professional correspondence
- Ability to prioritise competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
As a HR Officer, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Provide administrative, coordination, and logistical support across HR programs, policies, and projects.
- Prepare accurate and professional HR correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in compiling and coordinating information for audits, reviews, and Group HR reports to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives relating to employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, recognition programs, and systems improvements.
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and HR reporting to inform business decisions and continuous improvement.
- Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and benchmarking to support the development of innovative and effective people initiatives.
