We are now looking to add another experienced Estimator to the team based in Geelong. You will be working alongside a highly skilled and collaborative team Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.
Being a specialist builder in the NDIS/SDA housing space, it is essential that you have local experience in residential building estimation.
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience in working in sales and production estimating
* Experience in NDIS, community, or social housing projects (essential)
* Rescode and building code knowledge.
* Understand construction, techniques, terminology, costs and be able to communicate this in Layman's terms.
* Experience working with various systems and picking up systems quickly.
* Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
* Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
