The Role
Retailer and Shopper Support Specialist responsible for supporting the national rollout of the online and in-store rewards programme.
Responsibilities
- Outbond-focused engagement with retailers to re-engage them with the Cash Back programme, driving engagement and member acquisition
- Meet Shopper and Retailer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the Customer Service team to achieve them
- Manage relationships and handle complaints with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain positive working relationships with interstate teams, retailers, suppliers and vendors
- Compile and generate reports and perform other administrative duties

About You
- Customer Support/Customer Service experience; Ecommerce background is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- FMCG industry experience is beneficial
- Versatile, easy-going and outgoing personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to build relationships
