Job Overview:
The Building Maintenance Officer is responsible for conducting regular inspections of the building's interior and exterior to identify and address any maintenance issues.
They will perform a variety of tasks, including minor repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and coordinating with external contractors and vendors.
Also, they must respond promptly to urgent repair requests or emergencies and ensure the building's compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Good time management and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, a proactive and flexible approach to work, and a valid driver's license for site travel are also required.
