As we expand across Western Australia, we are seeking a creative and ambitious Social Media Specialist / Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and help us scale our presence in both real estate and tourism markets.
About the Role & Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Business Operations Manager & Marketing Director, the Content Creator will be responsible for:
- Create and publish text, photos, and videos for Contessi Properties and Kalbarri Escapes across all social media channels and the website.
- Manage and schedule content using platforms like Loomly or Meta Business Suite.
- Monitor and engage with followers across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google My Business.
- Respond to user messages, comments, and Google reviews.
- Handle complaints in coordination with the wider team.
- Monitor and analyse social media, online campaign, and website performance metrics on a weekly basis.
- Generate monthly reports with data-driven insights, learnings, and recommended next steps to optimize results.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, the website, and paid online advertising.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads and Google.
- Stay up to date with marketing trends and suggest cutting-edge ideas to strengthen brand presence.
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Public Relations.
- Experience working with real estate brands.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, particularly Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience with campaign reporting and performance analysis.
- Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
