Products are manufactured at our facility in Edinburgh North.
Position Overview
We are seeking a casual production employee to work in our smallgoods factory, assisting with the manufacturing and packing of sausages, hamburgers, and schnitzels.
Responsibilities
* Make and pack sausages, hamburgers, and schnitzels.
* Carry out daily production tasks and maintain production targets.
* Follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to safety procedures.
* Assist with loading, unloading, and moving products to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
* Minimum Year 10 high‐school education.
* Previous experience in food manufacturing or smallgoods production is desirable.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Basic computer skills (Office type software) and ability to understand electronic data.
* Adaptability to changing customer and business needs.
* Experience in servicing and liaising with internal and/or external customers.
* Willingness to learn and undergo training for career development.
* Must comply with pre‐employment screening, including a medical, drug and alcohol test, and provide proof of eligibility to work.
