Channels encompass CBA and Bankwest Branch Networks, Mobile/Personal Lenders, and Premier Banking/Business Home Lending Relationship Managers. In any given week in this role, your responsibilities will include: Building strong partnerships with distribution channels through solid relationship management and influential skills. Developing and executing local 90-day plans with your key stakeholder partners that help deliver outstanding customer outcomes. Training frontline leaders, CBA and Bankwest Branch Managers, Team Leaders, Home Lending Sales Managers, and sales/service teams in insurance products and business performance Overseeing the execution of jointly agreed business improvement and marketing activities with customer-facing sales and service staff. Ensuring that our channel partners can meet their customers' entire insurance needs in accordance with our Risk and Compliance frameworks. We're interested in hearing from people with: Leadership experience in Financial Services with sound insurance knowledge, coupled with advantageous strategic planning expertise. Excellent product General and Consumer Credit Insurance knowledge, training preparation, and facilitation skills Total commitment to ensuring quality sales practices and processes in line with the Group's risk appetite. Empathy and excellent listening skills; capable of understanding others' objectives and issues while achieving their own. A demonstrated ability to work autonomously and embrace ambiguity. The ability to travel interstate monthly to meet with our channel partners.
