Venturex Talent Group is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our client on their project pipeline in Perth, WA. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of their construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. What you'll be doing
* Coordinate and supervise the work of construction crews, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and to the required quality standards.
* Communicate effectively with project managers, tradespeople, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Monitor and address safety and compliance issues, ensuring the jobsite adheres to all relevant regulations and company policies.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise on the job, making timely decisions to keep the project on track.
* Provide coaching and guidance to team members, helping to develop their skills and expertise.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation, including daily reports, timesheets, and material usage.
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques.
* Previous experience with walls and ceiling projects and/or high‑rise residential is a BONUS
* Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to think critically and find innovative solutions to challenges.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
* A commitment to safety and a track record of ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate IV in Building and Construction or equivalent.
