The Role
Based out of our Wollongong clinic, you will support a diverse NDIS caseload across adolescent and adult populations, delivering community‐based and clinic services.
You will:
* Complete functional assessments and develop goal‐focused therapy plans.
* Deliver tailored interventions that support independence and participation.
* Prescribe assistive technology and environmental modifications.
* Monitor progress and adjust plans to optimise outcomes.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
* Maintain compliant documentation aligned with NDIS requirements.

About You
You will have:
* A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
* Current AHPRA registration
* Experience delivering evidence‐based therapy (NDIS experience desirable)
* Graduate/entry level candidates are welcome to apply for this position
* Confidence working autonomously with appropriate clinical support.
* Strong communication and rapport‐building skills
* A collaborative, client‐centred approach
* Current Australian work rights are required at the time of application
* A driver's licence is required for community‐based service delivery.
