Our client prefer a task-oriented method in their office operations to efficiently handle a portfolio of 300 rentals, ensuring personalised and effective service for their clients. Their extensive experience in the industry makes them trusted professionals in real estate.
**The Role**:
- Assist managing a very tidy portfolio of 300 properties
- Work alongside a Senior Property Manager/Head of Department and another Property Manager
- Daily duties will vary - happy to train you on anything you don't know
- Entry, routine and exit inspections
- General reporting
- Lease renewals
- Arrears and breach notices
- Lodging maintenance
- Liaising with trades people etc
- Console Cloud software

- A current QLD Certificate of Registration essential
