We are seeking Residential Support Workers for a
**part time, 27 hours per fortnight** opportunity.
**At Gateways we work on a fortnightly, Week 1/ Week 2 roster, our work weeks run Thursday to Wednesday. The roster for this position is as follows**:
**Week 1**:
**Thursday**:3:00pm-10:00pm
**& SLEEPOVER**
**Friday**: 7:00am-9:00am
**Saturday**: 9:00am-6:00pm
**Week 2**:
**Thursday**:3:00pm-10:00pm
**& SLEEPOVER**
**Friday**: 7:00am-9:00am
**What you will need**
- A passion for supporting people to live their best lives
- Highly developed problem solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- A current Victorian Drivers License
- Working with Children Check (Or willing to obtain one)
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Or willing to obtain one)
- Hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate (Or willing to obtain one)

Staff will need to be fully vaccinated with a booster.
Successful applicants will be required to supply a current Working with Children check for an employee. If you have lived outside of Australia for more than 12 months in the last 10 years, you will be required to supply an international police check from the country where you lived. Employment cannot commence until this check is received and assessed.
Shortlisted applicants will also be required to undertake the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission online Worker Orientation training module called 'Quality, Safety and You' prior to attending induction. This is a pre-employment requirement and if not completed, employment will not proceed.
