We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Coordinator to lead our support teams and service delivery in Port Augusta and the Far North region.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage support plans for NDIS participants, ensuring individualised care and outcomes.Coordinate and supervise a team of support workers, providing leadership, guidance, and training.Design, organise, and oversee recreational activities, workshops, and skill-building programs tailored to participants' needs.Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with NDIS standards, quality frameworks, and internal policies.Collaborate with participants, families, and external stakeholders to meet individual goals and preferences.Evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in support services.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field (Master's degree desirable).
