Job Title: Retail Merchandiser
We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team. As a key member of the retail operations, you will be responsible for merchandising products across various retailers. Your tasks will include ensuring optimal store displays, maintaining product availability, and providing excellent customer service.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Product Management: Ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and products are visually appealing
* Display Assembly: Building eye-catching in-store displays that meet company standards
* Planogram Implementation: Adhering to predetermined planograms to optimize product placement
* Territory Management: Working independently or as part of a small team to manage assigned territories
* Relationship Building: Developing strong relationships with store staff to ensure smooth merchandise operations
* Reporting and Analysis: Providing regular updates on sales performance and making data-driven recommendations
Requirements:
* A smart device for reporting and analysis
* A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Full working rights and age 18+
* A good level of physical fitness (lifting up to 16kg)
