We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor with corrective and preventative maintenance experience to join our team
About the Project:
This is Australia's first fully-automated lithium hydroxide processing plant based in Kwinana
The Responsibilities:
- Manage productivity levels
- Supervising a team of Mechanical Fitters & Trades Assistants onsite
- Monitoring budget to meet production targets.
- Planning and execution of maintenance schedules
- Report on completed work progress and make recommended changes
- Undertake corrective and preventative maintenance
- Undertake daily tasks
- Review, identify and report process improvements on completed work
- Assist with organising of shutdowns
Essential Qualifications and experience;
- Mechanical Trade Qualification
- Construction Card
- Relevant maintenance experience in fixed plant processing
- Be committed to safe working practices
- Sound experience with SAP, MS Office including Word, Excel and MS Project
- Drivers License (WA)
- Robust supervisory skills
- Sound knowledge of maintenance management, strategy development and implementation
- Demonstrated ability to develop, plan and execute maintenance activities
- Problem solving abilities
- Australian Working Rights
- National Police clearance (within 6 months)
Desirable:
Frontline Leadership Qualification
Authorised/Supervised Gas Fitter Certificate
High Risk Work Licence - Elevated Work Platform, Dogman, Rigger
Working At Heights and Confined Space Entry Certificate (within 2 years)
