Early Childhood Teacher – Goodstart Elara – Harvest Street
Goodstart invites experienced or newly qualified early childhood teachers to join our award‐winning team at Elara – Harvest Street. The role focuses on igniting a love of learning, guiding children's development, building relationships with families, and contributing to high‐quality learning programs.
Whether you have prior experience in a school or early learning setting, or you are embarking on your first teaching role, we welcome teachers from all backgrounds and experiences.
Responsibilities
* Ignite a love of learning and guide child development with purposeful, energetic teaching practices
* Build strong, meaningful relationships with families, ensuring every child feels a profound sense of belonging
* Mentor and inspire educational practices in the classroom
* Collaborate with centre leadership to develop, review, and implement high‐quality early learning programs
* Support children's engagement in mealtimes and cooking experiences through the onsite kitchen
* Participate in play‐based learning activities tailored to each child's interests and developmental level
Qualifications
* Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
* Active accreditation with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)

* Competitive pay – starting salary of $86,000 for a 3‐year Graduate Teacher and $93,425 for a 4‐year Graduate Teacher, above award level
