About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Network Support Specialist to join our Network Management (NMGMT) team. In this role, you'll take ownership of high-volume administrative tasks that support our Territory Managers (TMs) and agent network. By handling the operational workload, you'll free up TM bandwidth so they can focus on improving agent performance, engagement, and revenue-driving metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Agent Onboarding & Activation
- Manage setup, documentation, and lead activation for new agents
- Ensure newly onboarded agents are active and receiving leads
- Collect transaction data and update Google Sheets, ensuring opt-in and signed referral agreements
- Agent Sourcing & Scheduling
- Identify potential agents in target markets through waitlist review and online research
- Schedule introductory appointments with Territory Managers (TMs)
- Transaction Data Management
- Remove and add transaction data in AMP and update internal tracking systems
- Reporting & Monitoring
- Monitor HubSpot (HS) reports, including:
- Met-Signed LP Attachment Status checks
- Close dates past due or unknown
- Scheduled meeting dates past due
- Track and manage EPA & EPT deal volume thresholds; flag to TMs for review
- General Administrative Support
- Perform miscellaneous administrative support tasks for the NMGMT team
- Daily/weekly data uploads

Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative, operations, or data management role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience supporting remote or offshore teams is a plus
- Real estate or lead management experience is a plus
Compensation & Schedule
- Contractor position at a fixed rate of $7–$9/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST. Actual hours may vary based on business needs, averaging 34–50 hours per week
- No benefits, as this is a contractor role
