The Property and Office Support Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Coordination and support of day-to-day operational services.
 * Office administration, ordering and coordination of office supplies and equipment.
 * Undertaking administrative reception duties.
 * Coordination of workspace allocation and maintenance.
 * Daily checks and clearing of alarms within the security system.
 * Property and security project assistance.
 * Maintaining sound record management protocols in line with organizational guidelines.
 * Supporting travel and accommodation arrangements.
 * Logging and tracking of work orders with internal and external stakeholders.
 * Research and analysis activities as required.
 * Providing specialist and administrative program support.
 * Preparing data for reporting purposes.
 * Offering guidance and education on Emergency Management compliance, including first aid officer and fire warden training.
Requirements:
 * Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements and ability to apply relevant principles and practices.
 * Effective communication, liaison and negotiation skills.
 * Proficiency in MS Office packages, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
