The Role
Working across multiple locations, this role builds capability on the bar, sets clear brew standards and partners with managers to embed best practice.
Train baristas and FOH teams on espresso fundamentals & workflow
Implement brew specs, dial-in routines and quality checks
Launch and bed-in new products, equipment and SOPs
Coach on speed, consistency, waste control and upselling
Support store leaders to lift coffee KPIs and guest satisfaction
Skills and Experience
Proven barista expertise with strong training/coaching ability
Clear communicator; confident running group sessions and 1:1 coaching
Process-minded: SOPs, checklists, QC and basic reporting
Stakeholder friendly, partners well with managers and suppliers
(Highly regarded) Multi-site or multi-venue leadership experience
