About the Job:
We are seeking a Customer Service representative to join our fitness club team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all members have an outstanding experience at our club.Key Responsibilities:- Greet and serve members in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Manage front desk operations, including handling memberships, tours, and general enquiries
- Foster a positive environment by promoting motivation and support among members -----------------------------------
Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, empathy, patience, and ability to work independently.
A certification in First Aid is highly preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate would also demonstrate enthusiasm for fostering community engagement within the fitness sector.
