Expectations and duties
In this role, you will work closely with clients and teams, analyzing tenders and bids, creating cost plans and estimates, and overseeing project spending. You will also be involved in final accounts and claims to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, you will lead and mentor your team, fostering top performance and growth.
Qualifications
We would love to hear from you if you have experience in cost management, preferably from a consultancy background, have a degree or comparable experience in project management or construction. Chartered or in the process of completing it is a plus. Strong communication skills, the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, and a passion for building lasting relationships with clients and teams are a must.
