Our client is a leading provider of patient administration software for private hospitals and practices. They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of its new clinical and electronic medical record products.
This role will be pivotal in ensuring the company continues to evolve and grow within the healthcare sector, reporting directly to the CEO. You will be instrumental in shaping the future.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the product strategy, roadmap and execution for clinical software initiatives
* Initiating and overseeing the development of a new Electronic Medical Record (EMR) product
* Conducting comprehensive business analysis to define requirements for EMR development
* Collaborating closely with the CTO to envision and define product functionalities
* Working with the in-house UX designer to translate product visions into designs and prototypes
* Ensuring product interoperability through knowledge and application of healthcare standards such as HL7 and FHIR
* Drive stakeholder engagement, gathering and synthesising clinical and operational requirements
* Managing the clinical components of products, including medications, observations and anaesthetic records
To be successful in the role
* A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a technical product management or project lead
* Experience in the healthcare sector, essential
* Demonstrated experience in building or project managing EMR, highly regarded
* Technical expertise with the ability to code
* The ability to work independently and thrive in a 100% remote work environment
* Strong engagement and collaboration skills
