Regional Employment Leader
Lead the successful delivery of a national employment program, driving employment outcomes and ensuring inclusive practices across a defined regional footprint.
This role combines strategic leadership, operational oversight, and stakeholder engagement to drive meaningful open employment opportunities for people with disability.
* Develop and lead a high-performing team to deliver high-quality employment support services.
* Manage performance against key performance indicators, including caseload, revenue, and service delivery metrics.
* Build and grow strategic employer and community partnerships to drive inclusive employment practices.
* Ensure contract compliance, financial sustainability, and continuous service improvement.
