The Role
As a Provisional Psychologist, you will:
* Deliver evidence-based psychological assessment and vocational intervention to job seekers.
* Facilitate structured group programs (resume building, interview skills, goal setting, confidence building).
* Run onsite clinics offering tailored, practical interventions for individuals and groups (teens to older adults).
* Support wellbeing, resilience, and independence through positive therapeutic strategies.
* Work collaboratively with Employment Service providers, colleagues, and key stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
* Provisional registration with AHPRA (Psychology Board of Australia).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A passion for helping individuals achieve their goals and return to meaningful work.
* Willingness to travel locally to deliver services.
