We're seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support individuals with disabilities, helping them live their chosen life. As a key member of our team, you'll deliver personal care and domestic supports in the home and community.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop person-centred plans to ensure individual needs are met
* Deliver positive behaviour support plans, promoting a safe and respectful environment
* Provide administration support, including expense reports and mandatory documentation

Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with individuals and colleagues
* Ability to follow established protocols and procedures
* Previous experience in manual handling, medication administration, and personal care is desirable
* A valid driver's license is required for occasional transportation
