How you can play a part
As the Retail Operations Manager, you will lead the operational delivery of the Broncos retail business across store, eCommerce, game day and events. You will ensure strong stock control, smooth processes, team leadership and exceptional customer experience across all retail channels.
Key responsibilities include:
* Oversee daily retail operations across store, online, game day and events
* Manage inventory workflows including stock receipt, storage and replenishment
* Lead stock take planning, stock spot checks and stock reporting
* Maintain back of house organisation and stockroom safety compliance
* Manage Australia Post and shipping requirements
* Support online product setup, website updates and digital merchandising
* Supervise and coach retail merchandise staff, including casual rostering
* Deliver training, team development, and operational excellence initiatives
* Day to day workplace health and safety management

To be considered
* Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock take and merchandise reporting
* Experience in eCommerce operations and online product management
* Demonstrated leadership and coaching capability
* Strong organisational skills in a fast paced environment
* A commitment to safety, process improvement and customer experience
* Experience using Shopify and working in sporting and event environments will be highly regarded
