Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and lead end-to-end testing strategies across all Workday modules and integrations.

* Manage test planning, preparation, execution, and defect management.

* Lead and coordinate testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.

* Collaborate with Workday functional consultants, business analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to validate requirements and test outcomes.

* Ensure adherence to testing standards, timelines, and reporting requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Test Manager on large-scale Workday projects, with a strong understanding of Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, and Financials. Additionally, they should have experience with Workday test tools and deep knowledge of test lifecycle management and tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, or HP ALM.
