About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Automation Engineer with strong TOSCA and UIPath experience to join a growing team on an enterprise technology program. You'll design, build, and maintain reusable automation frameworks, ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability across RPA systems and integration layers.
This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives on technical ownership – shaping frameworks, improving efficiency, and integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
NOTE: Due to the nature of this role, we can only consider Australian Citizens. NV1 clearance is a requirement for this position.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain reusable test automation frameworks (environment config, tagging, reporting).
* Write and maintain automated tests using TOSCA enterprise and UIPath Test Cloud solutions.
* Build and refactor reusable functions and components for test reusability and maintainability.
* Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps).
* Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and QA peers to improve quality and automation maturity.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Strong experience in TOSCA test automation alongside other modern frameworks (Playwright, Selenium or similar).
* Experience with RPA (UIPath) solutions and testing.
* Skilled in Java, TypeScript, or C# for building and maintaining automated test suites.
* Solid understanding of HTTP fundamentals and backend service interactions.
* Proven experience owning and improving test automation frameworks.
* Exposure to CI/CD pipeline integration in Agile delivery environments.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities.
