We are looking for a casual Care Service Employees must be able to work AM, PM and night shift over a 7 day roster ( Week 1 and week 2) The indidviduals will be located in our homely facility at the Reynold Court | Bateau Bay Click on the link to learn more about the Reynolds Court | Bateau Bay Reynolds Court Residential Aged Care | Bateau Bay | Southern Cross Care (NSW ACT) As a Care Service Employee, you will: Provide emotional and social support whilst assisting residents with a range of daily life activities Support residents with self-care including grooming, bathing and dressing Reporting any changes of resident to the Registered Nurse on the shift duty Assist with mobility including using mechanical lifting aids and ensuring the residents comfort Assist in mealtimes and social activities.

Experience in similar role in aged care A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly people Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Respect for all people, regardless of background, age, gender, religion and ethnicity Able to do night shifts Must have a full working rights
