The Role:
We have an exciting
permanent, full-time
opportunity for a
Procurement Administrator
to join our team based in
Albany
.
Reporting to the Office Manager, you'll provide day-to-day support with purchasing, supplier coordination, freight logistics and general administration. Tasks include processing purchase orders and invoices, preparing simple reports, coding expenses, and liaising with suppliers and colleagues to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and credit applications.
* Prepare straightforward procurement reports (e.g., monthly spend, purchase order tracking).
* Assist with procurement policies and procedures to support consistent supply.
* Track budgets and ensure purchasing activities are cost-effective.
* Liaise with suppliers and internal staff to meet day-to-day business needs.
* Manage freight and deliveries as required.
* Support general office functions, including training bookings, invoice coding, and credit card reconciliation.
* Assist the Office Manager with coding and verification of HRO invoices to ensure they are processed in a timely manner.
About You:
* Organised, detail-focused, and able to pick things up quickly.
* Comfortable with numbers, reports, and working with finance/procurement systems.
* Confident communicating with suppliers and team members.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office.
* Holds a current Class C driver's licence.
Previous procurement or administration experience is an advantage, but not essential – we are looking for someone who can learn quickly, be adaptable, and support the team.
