About the Role
PremiAir has a permanent full-time position available for a hardworking and reliable Delivery Driver to join our busy team in our Darra depot.
Reporting directly to the QLD State Manager, the main responsibility of the role is Ute deliveries and collection of equipment to and from our customer sites around the Brisbane region.
Duties
The main duties and responsibilities of the role include:
Ute deliveries and collection of rental equipment (must be able to tow equipment/trailers)
Set up / pack up of equipment at customer sites as required
When not driving the role includes preparing equipment ready for hire and other yard duties as required.
Skills and Experience
You must possess a strong sense of urgency with an "I will make it happen" attitude to get the job done.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
A valid Forklift licence is required
MR or HR licence is preferred but not essential to be considered for this position
Excellent driving record and safety focused and has previous experience making deliveries and towing/reversing trailers or equipment
Able to follow instructions and work unsupervised and pays attention to detail
Is self-motivated and takes pride in their work and has a great work ethic
Is reliable and punctual and has excellent work ethics
Is focused on providing the best service to our customers
Is capable of performing physical activities
Can work overtime, including weekends when needed
Previous experience and success in a similar role will be highly regarded, however, the successful applicants will be appointed primarily based on attitude and the desire to assist the business in the next phase of growth.
