We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Information Systems (Head of IT) to lead the strategy, performance and transformation of enterprise technology across the organisation.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and forming part of the senior leadership team, this role has end-to-end accountability for:
* Enterprise systems
* Infrastructure and cloud platforms
* Cybersecurity and technology risk
* Data platforms and analytics capability
* Digital and automation initiatives
You will lead the organisation's enterprise technology capability across a multi-site manufacturing environment, supporting national operations.
Beyond technology delivery, the role is focused on:
* Building a high-performing technology function
* Strengthening the capability and leadership of the IT team
* Improving team culture, engagement and accountability
* Ensuring technology is a trusted partner to the business

The Opportunity
As Head of Technology, you will lead the organisation's Information Systems capability and ensure technology enables safe, reliable and scalable business performance.
The role based at Stapylton, we see you work closely with senior leaders across:
* Finance
* Operations
* Engineering
* Supply Chain
A key priority will be to develop the IT team's capabilities and foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative culture within the function.
Scope of the Role
This role leads the organisation's Information Systems capability across a national manufacturing environment and includes responsibility for:
* Leading a multi-disciplinary IT team across infrastructure, applications, data and support
* Enterprise systems supporting finance, supply chain, manufacturing and operations
* Technology infrastructure across multiple manufacturing and operational sites
* Cyber security, resilience and technology risk management
* Data platforms, analytics capability and business intelligence
* Partnering with executive leaders to ensure technology supports operational performance and growth
You will play a key role in ensuring technology is reliable, secure, and scalable, while strengthening the IT function's capability, leadership, and culture .
Key Responsibilities
Technology strategy and governance
* Define and execute the organisation's technology strategy
* Ensure technology investments align with business priorities and risk management
* Establish governance around systems, architecture and technology investment
Enterprise systems and digital capability
* Provide leadership across enterprise applications, ERP platforms and data systems
* Strengthen the organisation's analytics, reporting and digital capability
* Ensure systems support finance, manufacturing and supply chain operations
Infrastructure, cyber security and operational reliability
* Ensure reliable, secure and scalable infrastructure
* Strengthen cyber security, resilience and disaster recovery capability
* Support the needs of a multi-site manufacturing environment
Technology leadership and team culture
* Lead, mentor and develop the Information Systems team
* Build capability, leadership and succession within the team
* Foster a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture

* Partner with senior leaders across Operations, Finance, Engineering and Supply Chain
* Ensure technology decisions balance performance, risk, cost and long-term scalability
This role requires a leader who can combine strategic thinking with practical delivery, while building a technology function that is trusted by the wider business.
About You
You are a strategic technology leader who enjoys building strong teams and partnering with the business to deliver practical technology solutions.
You will bring:
* Experience in a Head of IT, IT Director or senior technology leadership role
* Experience working within manufacturing, supply chain or complex operational environments
* Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, ERP platforms, infrastructure and cyber security
* Experience delivering major system implementations or technology transformation initiatives
* A proven ability to build capability, lead teams, and improve culture
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders
Relevant qualifications in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
