About the role
We are seeking an organized and proactive Coordinator, Construction Projects to join our Facilities & Fleet team based in Broadbeach. Reporting to the GM, Facilities & Fleet, you will coordinate and support facilities, maintenance, and construction projects across Australia, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently through strong administration, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and contract support.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate construction, maintenance, and facilities projects
* Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
* Liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
* Maintain project documentation, registers, and reports
* Support invoices, payment claims, and cost tracking
* Assist with contract administration, compliance, and risk management
* Coordinate meetings, communications, and follow‐up actions
Qualifications
* Experience in project coordination, facilities, or construction support
* Exposure to construction, maintenance, or building environments (desirable)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
* Advanced Microsoft Office and computer skills
