Opportunity for Professional Development within ACRRMAn excellent paid opportunity to enhance your professional development within ACRRM, with time counting towards training.Reporting to the NSW/ACT Training Network Coordinator, the incumbent will serve as an intermediary between GP Registrars and their state ACRRM team. The role also involves interaction with regional training stakeholders influencing GP training.The RLO’s role is to advocate for and represent GP registrars at their training post management level, support pastoral care, and assist with transitions in and out of training posts.The ideal candidate will possess advanced communication skills and analytical abilities to aid in Registrar advocacy, maintain strategic partnerships, oversee governance and risk, ensure operational excellence, and provide educational representation. There is also an opportunity to participate in regional face-to-face workshops.This role offers a chance to further your professional development and be recognized as an advocate among your fellow Registrars and within ACRRM. (or equivalent)Enrolled GP Registrar with ACRRMExcellent interpersonal, liaison, written, and oral communication skillsStrong organizational, attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environmentIntermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, the requirements of the Australian General Practice Training (AGPT), ACRRM Training Standards for Supervisors and Training Posts, National Terms and Conditions for the Employment of Registrars (NTCER), and policies of ACRRM, the Department of Health, and AGPT (training provided during orientation and induction).Other Requirements:Unrestricted motor vehicle license and willingness to travel for the position
