Treasurer - Board Director
Our organization in Victoria seeks a Treasurer to serve as a key member of our Board of Directors. The role involves guiding financial governance, preparing budgets, and contributing to strategic decision-making.
* Leading the development of financial plans and forecasts;
* Monitoring financial performance and identifying areas for improvement;
* Maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks and auditors;
This position requires regular attendance at Board meetings and a commitment to more than 6 months.
We are looking for an experienced finance professional who can bring their expertise to this critical role.
Key qualifications:
* Relevant qualifications, such as CA/CPA;
* Experience in finance/accounting, preferably in the non-profit sector;
