About the Role
This hybrid role supports the Senior Account Manager in campaign planning, media buying, and performance tracking across digital and traditional channels. The Account Executive builds strong client relationships, manages media bookings, and delivers actionable insights.
Responsibilities
Support senior team members on campaign planning, buying, and performance tracking.
Assist in end-to-end delivery of media activations, from briefing to reporting.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, media partners, and suppliers.
Accurately load media bookings into the finance system each month.
Present insights and new initiatives during weekly WIPs and quarterly performance reviews.
Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements and write actionable insights.
Create bespoke audiences and pull media consumption data from various platforms.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year's experience working in a media agency.
Understanding of key digital platforms – Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and programmatic DSPs.
Familiarity with offline channels – print, radio, TV, OOH.
Ability to pull and interpret reports and data to form actionable insights.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience loading media schedules within Media Ocean's SMD system is advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
