We're recruiting 10 experienced Formwork Carpenters for an immediate start on major construction sites all over Perth, including Swanbourne defence base, Morley shopping centres, Murdoch hospitals, and Swan valley. This is a long‑term local role offering huge hours, excellent pay, and the chance to work on one of Perth's most high‑profile construction projects with a leading Tier 2 contractor.
What's on Offer
* $55–$60 per hour flat rate – paid weekly
* 11‑hour days, Monday to Friday + optional Saturdays (8 hrs)
* 60+ hours per week available
* Major projects all over Perth
* Work with a Tier 2 construction contractor
* Long‑term, local position – home every night
Requirements
* Current White Card
* Valid Driver's Licence + reliable transport
* Current National Police Clearance
* Ability to pass D&A screening
* Proven commercial, civil, or high‑rise formwork experience
About the Role
You'll carry out formwork, falsework, and structural concrete carpentry across large‑scale construction projects. Work with an experienced crew under strong site management, excellent conditions, and long‑term potential.
